Terms of service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
The short version: use Zoomclap for accounts you're allowed to manage, you're responsible for what you publish, your content stays yours, and either of us can end the arrangement. The details are below.
These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Zoomclap website, waitlist and app (together, the "Service"), provided by Zoomclap ("Zoomclap", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use Zoomclap for a company or a client, you agree on their behalf and confirm you are allowed to do so.
The Service
Zoomclap is a social media planner. It lets teams write briefs, create posts with a version for each network, store media, review and approve posts, and schedule or publish them to the social media accounts they connect. Features may change as we improve the Service; while Zoomclap is in early access some features may be limited, changed or removed.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Zoomclap is a tool for businesses, organisations and professionals.
Accounts and workspaces
Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us straight away at support@zoomclap.com if you think someone else has used your account.
The person who creates a workspace is its owner and Admin. Admins decide who joins the workspace and which role each member has, and are responsible for the people they invite.
You are responsible for everything done through your account and, for Admins, in your workspaces.
Connected social accounts
Connect only accounts, pages and boards you own or are authorised to manage.
Each network has its own terms, community rules and limits. You must follow them. Networks can change their features, refuse or remove posts, or limit access, and we can't control that.
By connecting an account you allow Zoomclap to publish to it the posts your workspace schedules or publishes, and to read back their results, as described in our Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights, including copyright and trademarks;
send spam, run fake accounts, manipulate engagement, or impersonate anyone;
break any network's terms or try to get around its limits;
access other workspaces' data, probe or overload our systems, or reverse-engineer the Service;
resell or provide the Service to others without our written permission.
Your content
Your briefs, posts, captions and media ("Content") stay yours. You give us a limited licence to store, copy, resize, crop and transmit your Content only to run the Service for you, including sending it to the networks you choose. The licence ends when the Content is deleted, except for copies the networks already published. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and publish.
If you use AI caption suggestions, the suggestions are yours to use, but they can be wrong or unsuitable. Review everything before it is approved and published.
Approvals and publishing
Approvals and roles help your team control what is published, but your workspace decides who may approve and publish. Once a post is published to a network, removing it from Zoomclap does not remove it from that network. We work to publish every post at its planned time, but a network can delay, refuse or fail a post; Zoomclap shows you when that happens so you can retry. We aren't responsible for a post a network did not accept or published late.
Our rights
The Service, its software, design and the Zoomclap name and logo belong to us. These Terms don't give you any right to them beyond using the Service. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
Fees
Early access is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the prices and terms before they apply to you, and you can choose whether to continue.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Zoomclap running at all times but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or stop parts of the Service. For a change that significantly reduces what you can do, we give reasonable notice where we can.
Ending
You can stop using Zoomclap at any time and ask us to delete your account or workspace (see our Privacy policy). We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these Terms or a network's rules, puts others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your Content. The sections on your content, approvals and publishing, our rights, the disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive the end of these Terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms, including about fitness for a particular purpose, results on social networks, or reach and engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or harm to reputation, and our total liability for all claims about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims by others arising from your Content, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any dispute with you informally first; if we can't, the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply.
General
These Terms and our Privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right straight away doesn't mean we give it up. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.
